Reading product and payment rows

  • Item (Kalem): the product or payment/offset row to return. Check the unit below the row.
  • Original quantity (İlk miktar): quantity recorded in the original transaction.
  • Returnable (İade edilebilir): remaining quantity available for return. Compare your entry with this value.
  • Return quantity (İade miktarı): field for the quantity you want to take back or give back in this transaction.
For product rows, enter a quantity in the product’s unit; for example, 1 means one product when tracked in pieces (adet). For Payment / offset (Ödeme / mahsup), enter the refund quantity in the relevant payment unit. In the screenshot, this payment row is in TRY.
The form uses the prices and payment units from the original sale. Do not confuse product quantities with payment amounts; check each row’s unit separately.

Making a partial return

  1. In the product’s Return quantity (İade miktarı), enter the quantity taken back.
  2. Fill in only the products included in the return; do not add a return quantity for products that are not taken back.
  3. In the relevant Payment / offset (Ödeme / mahsup) row, enter the amount to give back in the original payment unit. Check each row separately if there are several.
  4. Enter the reason in Return / cancellation reason (İade / İptal gerekçesi).
  5. Check product quantities and the payment refund together, then click Review return (İadeyi incele).
For example, if only one of two products is taken back, enter its quantity and the payment quantity corresponding to this return. Do not assume that the full payment amount of the sale will automatically be refunded.

Returning all remaining quantities

To continue with all returnable items, click Select all remaining (Kalanın tamamını seç). Check the product and payment rows filled in. This option uses the remaining quantities not yet returned, rather than the entire original sale. Enter the reason, then proceed to the next check with Review return (İadeyi incele).

Keeping a draft and reviewing the transaction

According to the form’s explanation, entered information is stored as a draft on this device. Use Keep draft and close (Taslağı saklayıp kapat) to continue later. Keeping a draft does not complete the return. Review return (İadeyi incele) takes the entered information to the review step. Check the summary and any warnings on the next screen, then follow the confirmation steps shown. After the transaction, verify the result in the sale’s payment and return records.
