Placing an order

The order process consists of Address details → Delivery plan → Payment (Adres bilgileri → Teslimat Planı → Ödeme).

Address details

1. Enter your first name, last name and phone number.
2. Enter your province, district and full address; add your postal code if available.
3. Complete the required fields marked with an asterisk and click Continue (Devam et).

In the flow shown, the billing address is the same as the delivery address.

Delivery method

1. Choose one of the shipping options offered by the store or Store pickup (Mağazadan Teslim).
2. If store pickup requires a branch selection, specify the store where you will collect the order.
3. Check the displayed delivery fee and click Continue (Devam et).

Use Back (Geri) to change your address, or Return to cart (Sepete Dön) to edit your cart. Free delivery applies only if the screen states it for your selected option. Open full-size image

Payment and transfer receipt

Choose a method offered by the store on the payment screen. If paying by Bank transfer / EFT / FAST (Havale / EFT / FAST):

1. Choose the account you will pay into under Recipient bank accounts (Alıcı banka hesapları).
2. Follow the payment instructions on screen; use the specified order number in the transfer description.
3. Add your transfer receipt through Upload a receipt photo (Dekont fotoğrafı yükle).
4. If you made several transfers, use Add another receipt (Başka dekont ekle). You can upload up to 5 receipts.

Uploading a receipt does not mean that payment has been approved. The store checks and approves bank transfer payments.

Final review and confirmation

1. Check the products, delivery fee and total in Order summary (Sipariş Özeti).
2. Read the Distance sales agreement (Mesafeli satış sözleşmesi) and Preliminary information form (Ön bilgilendirme formu); select the boxes if you accept them.
3. If the screen asks you to renew the quote, use Renew delivery or price quote (Teslimatı veya fiyat teklifini yenile) and check the updated total again.
4. Once the required fields are complete, click Complete order (Siparişi Tamamla).

Check your order number and payment status on the result screen. Use Refresh status (Durumu yenile) to check again, My orders (Siparişlerim) to track the order or Return to shopping (Alışverişe dön) to return to the store.

If the screen says “Test payment completed” (Test ödemesi tamamlandı), the transaction is in a test environment and no real payment is collected.
