Steps
- Open the Delivery (Teslimat) tab.
- Check the delivery method and current delivery status.
- Search by tracking number in Shipments (Gönderiler).
- Find the relevant shipments with the Status (Durum) filter.
The absence of a shipment record and payment status are separate information.
