Create an application

  1. Open Sell my gold (Altınımı sat) and sign in with your verified customer account. Select New application (Yeni başvuru).
  2. In Products (Ürünler) enter gold type, description, pieces or weight and known fineness. Do not guess unknown measurements. Add 1–6 actual photos per item: JPEG, PNG or WebP; each prepared file must be at most 5 MB.
  3. View preliminary valuation (Ön değerlemeyi gör) gives an estimate. Missing measurements or prices mean valuation after physical inspection, not a zero offer.
  4. In Delivery (Teslimat) choose a supported branch. Manual shipping (Manuel kargo) is available only when enabled by the store; read the instructions. An application does not call a carrier/courier. If you arrange shipping yourself, report tracking through the application.
  5. In Payment (Ödeme) choose your preferred method; enter account holder and IBAN for bank payment. Review items and terms in Summary (Özet) and select Send application (Başvuruyu gönder).

Follow the offer and payment

Open the record in My gold purchase applications (Altın alış başvurularım). Compare store measurements with your declaration; read the offer version, expiry, deduction and Total net payment (Toplam net ödeme). Confirm you reviewed the current offer, then select Accept offer (Teklifi kabul et) or Decline offer (Teklifi reddet). An expired/past offer cannot be accepted; ask the store for a new one. Acceptance alone is not payment. Check Payment status (Ödeme durumu), Remaining receivable (Kalan alacağınız), held goods, messages and history. Cancellation does not return physical goods automatically. If submission is uncertain, use Check application result / continue (Başvuru sonucunu kontrol et / devam et) on the same record instead of creating another application. Bank information is not stored in the draft and may need entering again. Registration and sign-in · E-commerce topics
