# Publish store documents and contracts

> Edit pre-information, distance sales and privacy documents in the correct section.

> [!NOTE]
>
> This translation is awaiting language review. Application screenshots and interface labels are in Turkish. The downloadable PDF is also in Turkish.

## Open the documents

1. Open **Content management → Page content (İçerik yönetimi → Sayfa içerikleri)**.
2. Select **Footer (Alt bilgi)** in **Section to edit (Düzenlenecek bölüm)**. Find **Pre-information form (Ön Bilgilendirme Formu)**, **Distance sales contract (Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi)** and **Privacy policy (Gizlilik Politikası)** under **Store documents (Mağaza belgeleri)**.
3. If a card is missing, choose **Add document (Belgeyi ekle)**. For **Document source (Belge kaynağı)**, use **Edit text here (Metni burada düzenle)** or **Upload PDF (PDF yükle)**. Switching text/PDF source clears the previous source; check your content before switching.
4. Enter text in the editor or upload the correct PDF. Check its title and that the document opens.

## Save and check

Publish with **Save and publish (Kaydet ve yayınla)**. Refreshing the preview does not save. If the active theme changed, check your edits and reopen the screen.

Open store links and the **Pre-information form (Ön Bilgilendirme Formu)** and **Distance sales contract (Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi)** at checkout. Orders cannot complete until these two required documents are published. Check privacy separately through the relevant account/footer link.

> [!NOTE]
>
> The store owner supplies the text; the screen does not generate legal documents. A new publication does not change the document version accepted for a past order. Customer gold purchase terms are managed separately in [Gold purchase settings](https://help.sarraf.net/en/perakende-satis/musteriden-altin-alislarini-izleme.md).
