# Product details and stock management

> Review product details; manage pieces, labels, stock locations, distribution and stock removal.

Click a product's name in the product list to open its details. This page explains how to review product information and stock locations, track pieces, edit labels, distribute stock and remove stock. Enlarge each section's image for a closer look.

## 1. Reviewing product details

1. Click the product's name in the product list.
2. Check gold fineness, weight in grams, the shared selling price and stock distribution.
3. Choose **New entry (Yeni giriş)**, **Distribute (Dağıt)** or a direct stock operation as needed.
4. Review details in **Pieces (Parçalar)**, **Stock locations (Stok konumları)**, **Transaction history (İşlem geçmişi)** and **Consignment (Konsinye)**.

## 2. Viewing stock locations

1. Open **Stock locations (Stok konumları)** in the product details.
2. Check the number of pieces at each location.
3. Use **Distribute (Dağıt)** if a location change is needed.
4. Review related movements in **Transaction history (İşlem geçmişi)** and consignment records in **Consignment (Konsinye)**.

## 3. Tracking stock by piece

1. Open the **Pieces (Parçalar)** tab in the product details.
2. Review the piece's barcode, RFID information, location and stock status.
3. Find the relevant piece using search and filters.
4. Use **Edit labels (Etiketleri düzenle)** to change its codes.

## 4. Editing barcode and RFID labels

1. Open **Edit labels (Etiketleri düzenle)** for the relevant piece.
2. Enter the piece barcode or scan it with the camera.
3. Enter its RFID EPC information.
4. Click **Save labels (Etiketleri kaydet)**.

>
> Editing labels does not change the stock quantity.

## 5. Distributing between locations

1. Click **Distribute (Dağıt)** in the product details.
2. Select the quantity to move, the source location and the destination location.
3. Check current stock and stock after the transaction.
4. Before saving, continue to **Selecting pieces to distribute and saving** below.

>
> Distribution changes the pieces' locations; it does not create a new purchase or payment.

### Selecting pieces to distribute and saving

1. Open **Piece selection (Parça seçimi)** on the distribution screen.
2. Select the relevant barcodes if you want to move specific pieces.
3. If you make no selection, eligible pieces are selected automatically.
4. Check the quantity and destination location, then save the distribution.

>
> When pieces are selected manually, the quantity is updated to match your selection.

## 6. Stock removal

1. Open the stock removal screen from the product details.
2. Select the quantity to remove and the location holding the pieces.
3. Check the current and resulting stock quantities.
4. Before saving, continue to **Selecting pieces to remove and saving** below.

>
> This operation does not create a sale or purchase; the stock movement is still recorded.

### Selecting pieces to remove and saving

1. Open **Piece selection (Parça seçimi)**.
2. Select the relevant records if you know which pieces to remove.
3. If none are selected, the system selects eligible pieces automatically.
4. Verify the selected pieces and quantity, then click **Save stock removal (Stok çıkışını kaydet)**.
