# Stock operations

> Enter the stock quantity, physical location and piece information, then save the stock entry.

>
> This translation is awaiting language review. Application screenshots and interface labels are in Turkish. The downloadable PDF is also in Turkish.

## 1. Setting the stock quantity

1. On the stock entry screen, enter the number of pieces to add.
2. Check the physical location receiving the stock.
3. Compare current stock with stock after the transaction.
4. Before saving, check **Other information (Diğer bilgiler)** below.

>
> This operation creates a stock movement record; it does not create a payment or a debt to a supplier.

## 2. Completing the other information

1. Open **Other information (Diğer bilgiler)**.
2. Change the receiving physical location if necessary.
3. Enter the pieces' barcode and RFID EPC information.
4. Add a note explaining the transaction.

>
> The stock location is where the piece is held; it is not a payment account.

## 3. Checking and saving

Check the quantity, physical location, piece information and stock quantity after the transaction. If correct, click **Save stock entry (Stok girişini kaydet)**.
