# Tracking delivery

> Delivery and shipping: step-by-step instructions with a screenshot.

## Steps

1. Open **Delivery tracking (Teslimat takibi)** under **Delivery and shipping (Teslimat ve kargo)**.
2. Check the order’s delivery method, preparation status and payment status.
3. Open shipment records through **Shipments (Gönderiler)**.
4. Use the **Order (Sipariş)** link to open the relevant order’s details.

> Payment and delivery are tracked as separate statuses.
