# Complete a web gold application after receipt

> Record physical receipt, issue a timed offer and complete the purchase after the customer’s decision.

## Receipt and offer

1. Open **Details (Ayrıntı)** for the web application in **Customer gold purchases (Müşteriden altın alışları)**. Verify customer and branch. If matching is needed, complete **Customers → Account matching (Müşteriler → Hesap eşleştirmeleri)** first, then **Verify completed customer matching (Tamamlanan müşteri eşleştirmesini doğrula)**.
2. Inspect the goods physically; compare quantity, gross weight, stones/foreign material, fineness and photos. **Receive custody only (Yalnız emaneti teslim al)** creates no purchase or payment.
3. Enter verified measurements, deduction and reason. Check the offer period and use **Receive and create final offer (Teslim al ve nihai teklif oluştur)**. A manual shipping tracking number is not proof of physical receipt.

## Customer decision and purchase

1. Only the customer can accept or decline a web offer from their verified account. A message is not acceptance. Staff cannot accept on the web customer's behalf.
2. Prepare a new offer if it expired or measurements changed; a new version requires a new customer decision.
3. On an accepted application, open the same application through **Counter gold purchase (Tezgâhta altın alışı)**. Check branch, customer, original offer, any sales offset and actual payment.
4. After **Review purchase and payment (Alış ve ödemeyi incele)**, verify effects and customer consent, then **Complete purchase (Alışı tamamla)**. Check the operation number and remaining payable; follow open debt in [Customer accounts](https://help.sarraf.net/en/kasa-banka/cari-hesaplar.md).

> Offer acceptance alone creates no purchase, payment or stock receipt. Cancelling an application does not return goods held for the customer. Complete [custody return](https://help.sarraf.net/en/kasa-banka/musteri-emaneti.md) separately. A new gold purchase requires internet access.
