# Open staff sessions

## Steps

1. Open the Sessions (Oturumlar) tab.
2. Review the device IP address, platform, connection status and time information.
3. Find the session using search and the Connection (Bağlantı) filter.
4. Use End (Sonlandır) for the session you want to close.

> [!NOTE]
>
> The Disconnected (Bağlı değil) status does not mean the session has ended.
