# Using the guide

> Find the task you need, follow the steps and check the result on screen.

## Finding a task

1. Open the relevant section from the left-hand menu.
2. Select the title of the task you want to perform. You can also enter a task or screen name in the search box.
3. Follow the numbered steps in order.
4. Compare your screen with the screenshot and check the notes.

## Inspecting screenshots

Each task is explained on its own page. The **Open full-size image** link below a screenshot makes small areas and text easier to inspect. You can also open the full-size image on your phone.

## Payment, delivery and stock

Completing payment does not mean delivery is complete. Stock entries, purchases and cash movements are separate transactions. Before saving, check the transaction type, branch, quantity and amount.
