# Interbranch transfer and receipt

> Track dispatch, partial receipt and return to source separately.

> This translation is awaiting language review. Application screenshots and interface labels are in Turkish. The downloadable PDF is also in Turkish.

## Dispatch

1. Select **New transfer (Yeni transfer)** in **Interbranch transfer (Şubeler arası transfer)**. Source and destination must be different branches.
2. Choose the source account or stock product and physical quantity. Check the correct pieces for serialized products; keep money, grams and pieces separate.
3. Review the source deduction and complete the record. Dispatched quantities remain **in transit**, not yet available stock or balance at the destination.

## Receive and return

1. Use **Inspect (İncele)** in the transfer list to see source, destination, history and quantity still in transit.
2. With permission at the destination, select **Receive (Teslim al)**. Enter the quantity actually received and destination account/product. Partial receipt leaves the remainder in transit.
3. With permission, use **Take back (Geri al)** for quantities returned to source. Do not process quantities already received as though they were still in transit.
4. Check transfer status, remaining quantity and movements on both sides afterward.
