# Records requiring attention and uncertain results

> Check pending submissions with the same identity and avoid duplicate sales or payments.

## Find the pending operation

1. Open **Records requiring attention (Kontrol gereken kayıtlar)** in the **Cash and bank (Kasa ve banka)** workspace.
2. Check pending device operations, offline sales carts and records requiring review. This device's list is not a complete list of every device's operations.
3. Return to the original draft with **Open first pending operation (İlk bekleyen işlemi aç)** or the record link. Gold purchases can lead to the application; transfers lead to the same transfer record.
4. First use **Check result (Sonucu kontrol et)**. If needed, use **Resubmit the same operation (Aynı işlemi yeniden gönder)** to retain its submission identity.

## Verify the result

If a server record exists, compare the operation number, receipt and related stock/account/customer balance movements. Do not open a new sale or payment to resolve an uncertain record. Saving a draft does not mean the financial operation completed on the server.

With permission, inspect discrepancies in **Movement and balance audit (Hareket ve bakiye denetimi)**. Do not adjust a balance merely to remove a warning; establish the original operation's effect. If the error persists, give the operation number and error message to an authorized person; do not share passwords, keys or full bank details.
