## Frequently asked questions

Open **Frequently asked questions (Sıkça Sorulan Sorular)** at the bottom of the page. Under **Topics (Konular)**, choose product selection, orders and delivery, or jewelry care. Click **+** beside a question to read the answer.

## Contacting the store

1. Open **Contact us (Bize Ulaşın)** or **Contact (İletişim)**.
2. Enter your first name, last name, phone number and email address.
3. Write the subject and your message. Include the relevant product name or order number.
4. Read the privacy policy and click **Send (Gönder)**.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required. According to the form’s explanation, clicking **Send (Gönder)** confirms that you have read the privacy policy.
