# Registration and sign-in

> Registration and sign-in for e-commerce customers.

## Creating a new account

1. Open **Sign in → Create an account (Giriş Yap → Hesap oluşturun)**.
2. Enter your first name, last name and email address. Add your phone number if you wish.
3. Set your password and enter it again in **Repeat password (Şifre Tekrar)**. Follow the password requirements on screen.
4. Read the **Membership agreement (Üyelik sözleşmesi)** and **Privacy policy (Gizlilik politikası)**; select the box if you accept them.
5. Click **Create account (Hesap Oluştur)**.

After **“Registration request received” (Kayıt talebi alındı)** appears, verify your email address using the link sent to you. Then sign in. If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder.

## Signing in to your account

1. Enter your registered email address and password on **Sign in (Giriş Yap)**.
2. Use the eye icon to make the password visible and check it.
3. Select **Remember me (Beni hatırla)** if you wish.
4. Click **Sign in (Giriş Yap)**.

To end your session, use **Sign out (Çıkış Yap)** on the account screen.

## Resetting your password

1. Open **Forgot my password (Şifremi unuttum)** on the sign-in page.
2. Enter your registered email address and click **Send link (Bağlantı Gönder)**.
3. If an account is found, open **Reset my password (Şifremi sıfırla)** in the email. If the link does not work, use the email’s single-use code on the verification screen.
4. In **New password (Yeni Şifre)**, enter a password with at least **10 characters**, including at least **one letter and one digit**.
5. Enter the same password again and click **Reset password (Şifreyi Yenile)**.
6. Sign in with your new password on the sign-in screen.

**“Your request has been received” (Talebiniz alındı)** does not mean that your password has changed; you must complete the process through the reset link. If you did not make the request, ignore the email.
