# Tracking orders and requesting cancellation

> Tracking orders and requesting cancellation for e-commerce customers.

## Viewing orders

1. Sign in to your account and open **My orders (Siparişlerim)**.
2. Search by order number or product name. If needed, choose a status filter and click **Search (Ara)**.
3. Open **DETAILS (DETAYLAR)** for the relevant order.

The order list includes the date, number of products, amount, order status and payment status. **Payment verification and the store’s approval of an order are separate stages.**

## Order details

Review products and amounts on the details screen, transaction stages under **Order activity (Sipariş hareketleri)**, and the delivery status and selected method under **Delivery (Teslimat)**. You can also open the agreements you accepted from this screen.

**Return to list (Listeye dön)** takes you back to all your orders.

## Sending a cancellation request

If **Cancellation request (İptal talebi)** appears in the order details:

1. Choose the reason for cancellation.
2. Add an explanatory note if you wish.
3. Click **Send cancellation request (İptal talebi gönder)**.

**Sending a request does not cancel the order immediately. The store reviews the request.**
