# Account, address and security settings

> Manage your profile, saved addresses, sessions and account data.

## Profile and addresses

In **My account (Hesabım) → Profile (Profil)**, change your name and preferred language, then **Save (Kaydet)**. Discarding the draft reloads the saved current profile.

In **My addresses → New address (Adreslerim → Yeni adres)** enter recipient, phone, country code, city/district and full address. Choose shipping/billing use and any company/tax details. On saved cards use **Edit (Düzenle)**, **Delete (Sil)** and default shipping/billing options. A blank stored tax/identity number preserves it; removal is a separate choice. For uncertain saves, use **Check previous submission (Önceki gönderimi denetle)**.

## Security and sessions

1. In **Change my password (Parolamı değiştir)** enter current and new passwords. The new password needs at least 10 characters, a Latin letter and a digit. Successful change closes all sessions.
2. In **Change my email (E-posta adresimi değiştir)** request a link using the new address and current password; the change is incomplete until confirmed at the new address. Then sign in with that address.
3. Refresh **Open sessions (Açık oturumlar)**. Close one or use **Sign out of all sessions (Bütün oturumlardan çık)**; closing your current session requires signing in again.

## My data and account closure

**Download my data (Verilerimi indir)** downloads account, address, favorite and order information as JSON. Keep the file private.

**Close my account (Hesabımı kapat)** requires separate confirmation and your current password; it closes the account and sessions. Ongoing operations may block closure and commercial records requiring retention are not deleted. It does not replace order cancellation or a payment refund.
